Nicole’s arrival shuffles event schedule

The likelihood of showers has forced cancellation tonight of Winter City Nights in Seneca.  Announcement is expected by the noon hour tomorrow from the office of Oconee Veterans Affairs on whether the Veteran’s Day parade will proceed or be cancelled.
