New England man charged after foot chase in Seneca

A night time foot chase in Seneca led to the arrest of a 27-year old New England man and multiple charges and citations, including what a police officer said was a bag of white powder believed to be 3.4 grams of cocaine.  The police say the disregard of a stop light at the 123 ByPass and Pine Cliff Drive led to a traffic stop, from which the driver ran behind a home before he was found flat on his stomach in woods.  Law enforcement reports identify the man arrested and charged as Steven Joseph Stefanelli Jr. of Manchester, New Hampshire.
