Municipal leaders to gather

Seneca Councilman Joel Ward will make the welcome when town and city leaders from across the county will gather in his city next week for a meeting of the Oconee County Municipal Association.  Among the matters on the pre-meeting agenda:  an explanation of the Appalachian Council of Governments along with who from Oconee sits on that government service agency board of directors and how members are appointed.  The meeting will take place at 6 o’clock Monday evening at the Seneca Light and Water Plant on Lake Keowee.
