Multi charges placed during domestic violence investigation

Mulltiple charges have been placed in an Oconee sheriff’s office investigation of domestic violence at a home last weekend near Walhalla.  Charges of domestic violence first offense, burglary first degree, and entering premises after warning were filed against a 39-year old man after a deputy said he witnessed EMS placing a sling on the arm of a female at a Nectarine Circle home.  The deputy later said he completed a victim’s witness statement after an X-ray showed the woman’s arm to have been broken.  The incident is alleged to have occurred Sunday night; the suspect’s arrest took place last night.
