Mail carrier killed in SC 11 wreck

The victim of a fatal crash on highway 11 in rural Pickens County Friday was a 41-year old delivery truck driver.  It was a two-vehicle crash at 11 and the Roy F. Jones Highway in the Sunset Community. Deputy Pickens Coroner Heather Harrison said the victim was Mark Douglas Hunt Jr., unrestrained US mail carrier.  State trooper Brandon Bolton said the second driver, who was not hurt, was Jeremy Waldrop of Lester, North Carolina.  Waldrop drove a dump truck.
