Latest early vote numbers

Here are Early Voting and Absentee ballot numbers for Oconee’s five city and town elections on Tuesday next week.  On Day 9 for Early Voting:  city of Seneca, 15 votes; Walhalla, 25.  Today is the final day to cast an Early Voting ballot.  By yesterday, here were the absentee ballot numbers:  33 mailed to Seneca voters, 27 returned; 17 mailed to Walhalla voters, 14 returned; and one absentee ballot was mailed to a Westminster voter.
