Hot weather brings out mosquitos

The hot weather brings out a summertime pest–mosquitos.  Seneca announces that a spraying day for mosquitos is scheduled tomorrow.  The spraying takes place in the evenings around 8:30 pm.   The city does not spray if it rains.  If people are close to the area to be sprayed, city workers are required to turn the machine off until moving past the people.  If you keep bees inside the city limits, call the Public Works at 864/885-2750 or email [email protected].
