Four of five ballot candidates take part in forum

Four of the five ballot contestants in next week’s Seneca election sat at the head table last night of a political forum arranged by the pro-vote organization the League of Women Voters.  Special Seneca Election Day is one week from today when voters go to the middle school gym to make their choice as to who fills a vacant seat on the city’s 8-member council.  Last night candidates Kyle Nicholson, Donna Peppers, Ernest E. Riley, and Delanio Taylor addressed a Gignilliat Community Center audience of about 60 people and answered questions prepared by the LWV and those submitted in written form by audience members.  A fifth candidate, Jim Sites, was absent.
