Foothills Area YMCA Bluefins participate in the YMCA Swimming and Diving National Championships

Last week was the 100th YMCA Swimming and Diving National Championships and the upstate was well represented.  Last year Foothills Area YMCA was able to have 3 athletes qualify for this high honor and the 2023 Centennial meet saw SEVEN YMCA athletes in attendance.  Over the course of the week, Head Coach Tyler Will and the FAY Bluefins had 7 athletes swim in 13 individual events and 3 relays.  The Meet was held in the Greensboro Aquatic Center which has become the premiere natatorium in the nation.
