Five-month old loitering incident ends with arrest

A Seneca man has been arrested on multiple charges that arose from a night time incident last spring in which a policeman spotted a car moving in reverse without lights on off the Old Salem Road.  James Sebastian Hunter Jr., 32, faces five charges including littering or prowling.  On the night of March 30, the city patrolman tracked his suspect as far as a wooded area and eventually to Lake Keowee where he heard the sound of someone jumping into the water.  Responding police officers said they recognized the tag displayed by the black Dodge Challenger.
