Five charges filed after shooting incident investigation

The parking lot of a Seneca apartment complex became a crime scene Friday afternoon when the police, responding to the report of a person with a gun, found shell casings and live ammunition rounds.  The police investigation apparently involved two people with handguns–the result being five charges against Rashawn Lamel Harrison.  Two warrants allege Harrison discharged a firearm into a dwelling at the Applewood Villas and pointed the firearm in the parking lot with multiple people present, an incident, the warrant states, was captured by video surveillance.
