Fire update

What appears to be a serious home fire this morning (at 8 this morning) in Westminster, on U-S 76/the Long Creek Highway in the vicinity of Gaines Street.  From a report from the scene by Gary Butts of 101.7/WGOG firefighters look like they are making some progress to stop the fire — although flames can be seen and, from a long distance, there is smoke visible.
