EV PUBLIC INPUT SESSION COMING TO PICKENS

The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is actively seeking public input to enhance the electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure. As part of this initiative, they are hosting community meetings to gather insights from both current electric car owners and those considering the transition to EVs. The SCDOT has scheduled two upcoming sessions to further engage with the public. The first session will be held on Friday morning at the CC Woodson Community Center in Spartanburg at 11:30 AM. The second session will take place on Monday at the Pickens County Library at 5 PM. These meetings aim to encourage dialogue and idea-sharing among attendees, addressing concerns and discussing potential improvements to the EV infrastructure.
