Environmental forum next month in Stephens County, Georgia

The newly-appointed EPA regional administrator, Daniel Blackman, will speak from a panel to be assembled next month during a forum in Stephens County, Georgia.  It’s a chance for members of the public to hear officials discuss concerns about climate change and deforestation.  The forum will take place at 12:30 pm Saturday, April 9 at the Stephens County High School.  Serving as hosts will be the Democratic committees of Banks, Franklin, Habersham, Rabun, Stephens, and White Counties, along with the 9th Congressional District of the state Democratic Party and the 9th Democratic Women’s Network.
