Election Eve in Oconee towns and cities

Across Oconee this is Election Eve in the towns and the cities, all five of them.  The most attention is focused on Walhalla where three members of one family, should they win, will join another family member on the city council.  Walhalla voters tomorrow also choose between two candidates for mayor, as the 12-year mayor, Danny Edwards, is standing down.  Early Voting ended Friday in Walhalla, Seneca, West Union, Salem, and Westminster.  In early Walhalla balloting, 179 city voters chose to meet their civic obligation; 100 in Seneca; 2 in Salem, and 2 in Westminster.  No one voted early in West Union.
