Double shooting this afternoon in northeast Georgia

One person (a person of interest) is in custody in Hart County, Georgia, according to a report by Lake Hartwell Radio WLHR at Lavonia.  The case is said to be a double-shooting and, according to another news outlet, two people have been killed.
