Domestic violence investigation near Seneca

Investigation by the Oconee Sheriff’s Office into a fight reported early Friday at a home near Seneca led to the arrest of a 37-year old man – identified by the sheriff’s office as the former boyfriend of the female resident.  Law enforcement records show charges of first degree burglary and domestic violence third degree against Brandon Lysle Vanblarcom of the Keowee School Road.  According to a statement by the sheriff’s office, “A Deputy from the Uniform Patrol Bureau observed a physical manifestation of injuries on the victim.”
