Davis Mill Road brush fire, again

A new, yet small, brush fire was discovered this morning near Seneca on the Davis Mill Road.  Two similar Davis Mill Road fires earlier in the week.  Why these fires occur seems to be a puzzle, but there’s speculation that it could be someone carelessly flicking a lighted cigarette out of a vehicle.
