CU grad to teach this summer in coastal Spain

A recent Clemson graduate, Carter Janse, is headed to the Mediterranean seaside city of Valencia, Spain.  The Fulbright scholar plans to teach English and help students there get excited about “STEM” — Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.  The Fulbright U-S Student Program is designed to increase understanding between the people of the U-S and its 140 participating countries.  For Janse, who is from Greenville, the summer trip is a return to Valencia.  He worked there last summer as a research assistant for the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
