Crime investigated at land-clearing site

Specific details not yet available, but a crime was investigated yesterday at a large land clearing site at U-S 123 and the Richland Road across Oconee Country Club.  Something was taken from a piece of equipment. The sheriff’s office plans to announce details once an incident report is prepared.
