Count Scott Durham in

Seneca Councilman Scott Durham says he will offer for a new term this November.  The downtown businessman says he’s interested in helping assure that the development of Harper’s Plaza is done properly and that what goes there will be beneficial to his city.  Durham’s seat is one of the four council seats Seneca voters will be asked to fill.  Candidate qualifying starts within weeks.
