Concept plan for rec complex displayed

Rough estimate:  100 in Westminster’s Cleveland Recreation Center, as the city brought forth last night a concept design of what a second recreation complex would offer.  The evening allowed city leaders to gauge public attitude about investing millions to enhance recreation.  One man was heard by 101.7/WGOG NEWS, saying, “It’s about time.”  Some council members were in the audience.  It was one year ago that Westminster named a committee to plan the Hall Street complex.  Committee members who addressed the gathering last included Chester Lee, Suzette Snedigar, and Kellie Boone.
