Colonel’s Fork and Coneross Confluence Flume Investigation Report

The Colonel’s Fork and Coneross Confluence Flume Investigation Report is a mouthful and is to be devoured this evening when a committee of the Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authority goes to work in a meeting at the treatment plant.  The lengthy report takes on added significance at a time when the entire JRSA board is at standstill as to a new budget.  At least one municipal member, Westminster, has made known concerns it might be being assessed charges for wastewater for which it is not responsible.  Actual findings of the report are being read today on 101.7/WGOG NEWS, along with what’s described as the least costly option to fix.
