Clemson man arrested in Seneca crime investigation

 

 A Clemson man has been arrested and charged with multiple offenses in a Seneca police burglary and kidnapping investigation July 1 at an apartment at Seneca’s S. Depot Street and Fairfield Road.  The accused—30-year old Jamel DeShawn Brown, faces assault and malicious damage charges—in addition to allegations of kidnapping and burglary first degree.  The police are looking at a video on the phone of the victim as evidence in the case.
