Clemson home fire

A garage is all that stands the result of a late Tuesday home fire in Clemson, according to one of the public safety responders.  Clemson and surrounding fire departments were alerted to a fire in Clemson Downs, at 40 Hickory Way.  No one was hurt and, at the time, the 10 o’clock hour Tuesday night, no one was home.  The first fire units encountered smoke through the roof.  The fire call came at 10:17 pm.
