Clemson-based group buys up Seneca properties

Property changes in recent years on Seneca’s EN 1st Street, a major entry way to the city’s downtown, have been the work of a limited liability company based in Clemson.  One of the partners of KTC Associates, Al Babinicz last night gave Seneca Planning Commission a rundown of what KTC Associates has been up to on both sides of EN 1st.  Babinicz said his group takes credit for land deals that have led to a motel, an apartment project, and the creation of Monarch Park on an acre of land donated to the city.  He spoke last night in support of Mercy Housing Southeast’s project to construct affordable housing units on KTC property fronting EN 1st.
