Church to dent the problem of food insecurity

The pantry shelves of Walhalla’s St. Luke Methodist Church open from 4:30 to 5:30 this afternoon.  And anyone in need of food is welcome.  The 1996 World Food Summit proved there is a problem with food security.  One of the dimensions of the problem pertains to one’s food intake.  According to the World Food Bank, even if your food intake is adequate today, you are still considered to be food insecure if you have inadequate access to food periodically.
