Christmas tree to hang over Seneca intersection

Seneca’s downtown intersection — Ramcat Alley and N. Townville Street — will be closed for a three-hour period on Wednesday.  November 2 is the day, according to Police Sgt. A-G Petersen, that the city will raise a Christmas tree to hang over the roadway.
