An arrest warrant served by the Oconee Sheriff’s Office charges a Seneca man with breach of trust. Richard Barrett Thompson, 41 years old, was booked into the Oconee Detention Center Tuesday after a highway patrol traffic stop on highway 24 at Shady Lane.
