Two days of bus service public hearings

Seneca invites the public in tonight for a hearing on bus passenger service. Topics such as government grants to run the CAT buses, transit stops, and route changes are all fair game for comment tonight at City Hall. The public hearing starts at 6 o’clock. A similar hearing is planned at City Hall for the noon hour tomorrow.

Elbow Grease shown at film festival

The movie Elbow Grease can be seen by audiences north of the border. Casting director Shelby Henderson says the movie that featured Burt Reynolds and used Seneca and parts of Oconee as backdrops is being shown to a film festival audience in Canada. Elbow Grease had a Seneca premiere last year, but has never found its way into general distribution.
