Seneca officials are seeing colors

When it comes to building changes in Seneca’s downtown commercial area, city officials are seeing colors. Specifically, they are considering what shades of colors may be painted on buildings whose owners qualify for financial assistance from the city. The thinking is, if the city helps pay for the work there should be some kind of uniformity to re-painted downtown buildings. Yesterday the Seneca Board of Architectural Review convened a workshop, with the idea of making recommendations to the city planning commission.
