This afternoon, the body of a 53 year-old Seneca man was discovered floating in the Martin Creek Basin of Lake Hartwell. This incident occurred behind his home located off Lynnhaven Drive near Seneca. According to Oconee County Coroner, Karl Addis, based on the information gathered at the incident location, this death appears to be a suicide by drowning.
