Car-motorcycle accident on the 123 ByPass

A motorcyclist has been sent to the hospital — result of a noon hour car-motorcycle accident on the 123 Seneca ByPass.  Casey Bowling, police chief, said the car was turning left in the Commons’ business park.  The wreckage forced a backup of traffic eastbound as far back as near the traffic lights at Seneca Drive.
