Car break-in leads to charges in Westminster

A vehicle break-in one week ago outside the Westminster Recreation Departmnet has led to charges against a 24-year old woman.  According to Police Chief Matt Patterson, Lakeitha Monae Rucker has been charged with theft and financial card transaction theft. The crimes were reported February 7.
