By one-vote, a statue may not be placed

In a meeting of all five members of a Seneca regulatory board, a restaurant south of the railroad won’t be allowed to erect a 16’ statue.  The board of architectural review (“BOAR”) voted to deny Jim Rowe’s request to be allowed to place the statue inside the historic district at Dimas Brothers Café on S. Fairplay Street.  The vote last night was 3-2.
