Burglary suspect detained after Westminster traffic stop

In a traffic stop, the Westminster police detained and jailed a 40-year old woman wanted as a fugitive from justice in Georgia.  Matt Patterson, Westminster chief, says Jessica Marie Dubroc of Royston is wanted on the charge of burglary.  The traffic stop occurred Tuesday on Westminster’s E. Main Street.
