Bountyland accident creates traffic slowdown

An accident within the last hour has added to morning-time congestion in Bountyland.  This accident, reported by the state patrol shortly before 7:15 this morning, is centered on 188/the Keowee School Road at the train track crossing–near the 28 traffic lights.
