Boat discovered floating in lake waters

A situation this morning near Clemson.  Public safety responders have gathered at Lake Hartwell in the vicinity of the Hartwell Village shopping center where a boat was floating in the water.  So far, according to what Kevin D. Hollis of 94.1 The Lake has learned, there’s no evidence that anyone has drowned.  DNR’s arrival is expected.  The explanation could be something as simple as a boat that disengaged from its mooring overnight.
