Board appointment for an Oconee-based businessman

Oconeean Joel Davis is joining the fund-raising arm of Tri-County Technical College.  Davis has been selected as an Oconee member of Tech’s Foundation Board.  He’s the president of J. Davis Construction, New Terrain Grading, and JDI Industrial Services with locations in both Oconee and Anderson counties.
