132 COVID-19 deaths in Oconee County

After a little more than one-year counting, the Oconee County death toll from COVID-19 stood at 132 people, according to state health agency numbers published at the start of this week.  As to when the virus scourge ends, or practically reduced to nil, a DHEC official says the key indicators are likely to be death and hospitalization numbers.
