West Union’s only sanitation truck is in need of transmission fix. The town has two quotes from repairmen, but the mayor hopes to get answers to questions by the end of the day. Meantime, Mayor Oliver says neighboring Walhalla has graciously provided a truck so that the pickup routes are run.
