This week’s rain has made unplayable the football field at Easley, and the high school there has moved tonight’s game with Walhalla to tomorrow evening.  It’ll now be a 6 o’clock kickoff for the Razorbacks at the Green Wave.  The game will be broadcast live on 101.7/WGOG.

This afternoon’s COVID-19 report from the state health agency reveals 1,205 new South Carolina cases–27 of them in Oconee County.  The newest numbers reflect the count by 11:59 Tuesday night.  Added to the South Carolina virus death toll:  59 individuals, including an additional Oconee resident.  Of 29,431  test results received, the newest positivity:  8.5%.
