A Westminster cleanup day is scheduled Saturday.  Mayor Ramey requests that all who would like to lend a hand to make the city a cleaner place should gather at 9 o’clock Saturday morning at the gazebo next to the depot.  As part of the cleanup, flowers will be planted.

At 4 o’clock this afternoon Mayor Tim Hall will call to order a budget workshop which is to include a presentation on Walhalla’s next budget for the new fiscal year starting in July.  Also at today’s city hall meeting the finance committee receives a presentation from the city’s county councilman, Matthew Durham.
