At election time, Duncan to stand down

Election year across South Carolina’s 3rd district becomes more intriguing with today’s announcement that, after seven terms in the U-S House, Jeff Duncan will not seek re-election.  In the announcement, the Laurens Republican said, “Now, it is time for another man or woman to serve our District in the next Congress.”
