“ARPA” funds at work at Seneca intersection

The utility work on a corner of a busy Seneca intersection is just about complete, according to the city utilities director.  In front of where a number of drug stores that used to do business, utility crews have been digging to fix a sewer problem.  Bob Faires, Seneca utilities director, credits “ARPA” (the American Rescue Plan Act) monies for making possible cleaning out a clogged line of sewage.  In recent weeks, some large excavation-type equipment has been in play at the job site.  In recent weeks, a sign tells of a coming car wash to locate on the property last used used for a Rite-Aid pharmacy.
