Approval to proceed with contract deleted from agenda

An action item for Monday’s meeting of Oconee’s policymakers for sewer has been removed from the agenda.  It’s the item that would have given the executive director of the Joint Regional Sewer Authority the go ahead to execute a contract for Sewer South Phase Two.  Monday evening’s agenda has been amended by the following explanation:  “This item (Sewer South Phase Two contract and notice) has been removed and will be revisited once the OCJRSA receives written commitment of funds from Oconee County and/or another funding agency in order to advance the project.”
