Additional info on northern Oconee incident 

South Carolina DNR has released additional information on the arrest of two people at a scene of illegal camping in the Wildlife Management Area of U-S Forest Service property.  According to DNR spokesman Greg Lucas, “They were illegally camped on USFS )WMA), they both gave false information. When we found out the vehicle was stolen, the male subject sped off trying to evade arrest and struck the patrol vehicle and continued to push it out of the way.  They were arrested without incident.”  The incident location was Choehee Road, known as Winding Stairs, between 107 and the Jumping Branch Road.  Charges against Corey West Quinn of Greenville include giving false information, possession of stolen vehicle, and violation on wildlife managed lands; the charges against Magen Charlene Doffee of Easley include possession of stolen vehicle, giving false information, and violation of wildlife managed lands.
