A second winter of no snow

Without any chance of precipitation into tomorrow, Oconee will have achieved a second straight winter of no snow.  Walhalla’s weather watcher Barbara Wilson says you have to go back to January 16, 2022, for a day when the white precipitation covered the roads and grounds.
