A “mutually combative” incident, say the Walhalla police
The Walhalla police say a man and a woman were removed from an apartment address and sent to jail during a domestic violence incident yesterday morning at 108 Wagener Circle. Chief Tim Rice said the charge of domestic violence 3rd degree was placed against Ray Daniel Underwood II and Kayla Celeste Underwood after police determined an altercation was “mutually combative.”
