A forecast of revenues and expenses

Terry Pruitt, the Pioneer Rural general manager, presented calculations for the retail supplier of water in parts of Oconee and Anderson for the 12-month period to start on July 1.  And the board of directors responded with approval.  The pro forma budget, as it’s called, will be placed before the water district membership during the annual meeting next month.   Figure wise, it projects Pioneer income at $5.7 million and expenses at $5.4 million.
